On the street, randomly selected, we ask Women to X-ray the contents of their reticules. During screening, we hide a cigar (preferably Freud's favorite brand) in each bag.
The completed X-rays are turned into an endless tape and placed under an acrylic glass cover along the arch of a gate. By slowly moving the tape, the images pass one by one in front of the x-ray doctor's viewing window installed in the door frame.

the depths of the subconscious.
Time deposits a patina on it, but it still retains its modernity.
To see where no one has seen before
to make transparent the invisible - to see the hidden.

A
revolving door in the middle of the sidewalk is surreal and dreamlike, but at the
same time it gives way to the realization that the most important
thing in the 21st century is still the human being. A being that has
not changed for thirty thousand years, and yet still doesn't know a
lot of things about itself, and what he knows from long ago, that as
an individual must discover again and again in his own life. This is
the purpose of the gateway, a sign of the changeability of our
accelerated world and of the fact that we are now able to switch
between different worlds almost every minute. It's mind-boggling how
many real and virtual doors we open every day to step into another
world. Workplace doors, home doors, shopping centre doors, cinema
doors, TV doors, mobile phone doors, internet doors open and close
every day.
Pausing
on this sidewalk in the middle of a revolving door, in the
nothing-space between two door openings, in the mirror chamber, we can open our own inner
door for a moment, but at least we can become aware that this door
needs to be opened from time to time.
Confrontation with the hidden
contents, on the border between two worlds, between
here and there, the "Revelation of the 21st century" can be
created by immersing ourselves in ourselves.
